Recipe: Steamed rice with Shiitake and beef

Ingredients: 
A handful of Shiitake
250g ground beef
3 cup of rice
1 green onion
3 dried peppers
Ginger slices
Condiments: light soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, sugar
Instructions:
1. Chop the green onion, cut dried peppers into segments.
2. Soak Shiitakes in warm water, remove the bottom portion, then cut into small pieces, pickle ground beef with a pinch of salt, chicken powder and light soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in ginger slices, chopped onion, dried pepper segments and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with ground beef, Shiitake pieces and fry on high fire, then season with moderate light soy sauce and sugar.
5. In a electric cooker, prepare rice and water on regular basis, then let fried beef and Shiitake pieces join in and cook till well-done. Before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of chopped green onion if you like.
