It is understood that Yunze Specialized Cooperative in Huainan City, Anhui Province annually utilizes cow dung and straws produced from local dairy groups to promote large-scale Button mushroom cultivation, the annual disposition on cow dung and straws respectively comes to 2000 tons and 3000 tons, which brings about nearly 700,000 kg of Button mushrooms per year.
Through the development of agricultural circular economy, the ecological environment has been greatly improved while farmers have realized income-generation.
