Tianjin: the Annual Output of Tianjin Mushroom Reach at 160, 000 ~ 170,000 tonnes

At present, the annual output of Tianjin mushroom reach at 160, 000 ~ 170,000 tonnes, which is 2.8 times as much as the annual mushroom output in 2007. The main mushroom products are Pleurotus ostrcatus, Enoki mushroom, Shiitake, King oyster mushroom, Hypsizygus marmoreus, Bailing mushroom, Pleurotus geesteranus, Pleurotus cornucopiae, White mushroom, Brown mushroom, Straw mushroom and black fungus 27 varieties in Tianjin, and they mainly produced by three kinds of cultivation patterns such as greenhouse cultivation, industry cultivation and forest cultivation. In particularly, the industry cultivation has a rapid development in recent years and now there are 12 bigger industries in Tianjin City. These 12 industries can produce 43,800 tons fresh mushroom for a year which accounts for 27.20% of total annual output of Tianjin mushroom.
