Weight-loss recipe: fried Oyster mushroom with cucumber

Ingredients: 
100g cucumbers
300g Oyster mushrooms
30g Black fungi
Condiments: olive oil, salt, aginomoto, bruised ginger and onion
Steps: 
1. Wash Oyster mushrooms, tear into chunks and then bleach in water.
2. Wash cucumber and then cut into pieces.
3. Soak Black fungi, bleach and then tear into pieces.
4. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in bruised ginger, onion, Oyster mushroom chunks and fry with all ingredients.
5. Combine with Black fungi pieces.
6. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt and aginomoto.
7. Finally let cucumber pieces join in. Serve and enjoy.
