Potato pancake topped with Button mushroom and bacon

Ingredients: 
1 egg
2 potatoes
3 Button mushrooms
4 pieces of bacon
1 purple onion
1 piece of cheese
50g Mozzare cheese
6 spoons of tomato sauce
Moderate crushed parsley and black pepper powder

Steps:
1. Cut purple onion, Button mushrooms and cheese into pieces, cut bacon into dices.
2. Wash potatoes, then thinly cut into pieces.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, put potato pieces in the pot and fry on medium-low flame.
4. Scatter crushed cheese on top, and fry covering the pot till melted.
5. Open the pot, evenly smear with tomato sauce, then dress with purple onion pieces, Button mushroom pieces and bacon dices..
6. Combine with cheese, beaten the egg in the center of the pancake.
7. Cover the pot for 5 minutes till cheese becomes melted and egg is well-done. Finally sprinkle with moderate crushed parsley and black pepper powder. Serve and enjoy.
