Scrumptious simmer with Morel and pea seedlings

Ingredients: 
300g pea seedlings
25g Morels
1 boiled egg
Condiments: oil, salt, chicken powder, garlic
Steps: 
1. Wash Morels, soak in water for 1 hour, then remove out and reserve the soaking liquid.
2. Wash pea seedlings, shell the egg and then cut into segments.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, then drop in garlic cloves and fry till fragrant.
4. Put pea seedlings into the pot and fry till soft.
5. Combine with Morels and the soaking liquid.
6. Let boiled egg segments join in, season with a dash of salt and chicken powder. After simmering for 3 minutes, turn off the heat. Serve.
