Ingredients:
500g Chinese cabbages
10 dried Shiitakes
Condiments: half-cup of soup-stock, water starch, oil, salt and aginomoto
Cooking method:
1. Wash Chinese cabbage and then break into clumps, soak Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion and then cut into slices.
2. Dump with moderate oil into the pot, then drop in Shiitake slices, Chinese cabbage and fry on high flame.
3. Season with a pinch of salt, aginomoto, combine with soup-stock and braise for 2 minutes, finally thicken the dish with the mixture of cornstarch and water. Enjoy.
