Ingredients: peas, chicken dices, red pepper, salt, Shiitakes dices, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, pepper powder, garlic
Cooking method:
1. Wash the peas, bleach in salt water till floating, then remove from the water, cool down in cold water and set aside.
2. Pickle diced chicken with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper powder and starch for 15 minutes.
3. Peel the pumpkin and roughly cut into dices, go seed of red pepper, wash and then cut into dices, wash Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion and then cube, finally peel the garlic and cut into slices.
4. Heat the pot and dump with moderate oil, drop in garlic slices and fry till fragrant, then pickled chicken dices and stir till the color changes.
5. Combine with pumpkin dices, red pepper dices, Shiitake dices and constantly fry, then add peas, fry for 1 minutes and then pour in moderate water.
6. Braise all ingredients for 5 minutes covering the pot, finally season with moderate salt and chicken powder. Serve and enjoy.
