How to manage when Enoki mushrooms are in discordant growth tendency

This kind of phenomenon is mostly resulted from improper management during the fruiting period, the followings are considerable management measures:
1. Bud period: Take the management measure of bud pressing, you could open the doors and windows of mushroom house, enhance the light intensity and ventilation of mushroom house, spray water to the space of the house so as to increase the relative air humidity to 89% or so and lower the temperature to 10 degrees or so. Meantime, loosen the bag mouth to induce mushroom buds. When you go through this step, be sure not to entirely open up plastic film so that you prevent the compost from evaporating. After a few days, open up the bag mouth when you observe that cotton-shape spawns or yellow drops appear on the compost surface, then needle-like buds gradually grow after 1 week.
2. Domestication period: When the sporocarps have grown to 1cm or so, reduce the time of water-spraying or directly stop spraying water and control the humidity in 75% or so. In addition, be sure to ventilate and adjust the temperature to about 5 degrees. After the domestication, recover and keep the temperature of mushroom house in 10 degrees or so, thus promoting the growth of sporocarps.
3. Extension period: Adopt measures to accelerate the growth of stipes.
A. When sporocarps have grown to 2-3cm, prop up the redundant thin film on bag mouth, lift and straighten so as to restrict oxygen supply and raise the concentration of Carbon dioxide (The final purpose is to inhibit the opening of fungus cap and promote stipes to extend.)
B. Temperature adjustment: Control the temperature to 10 degrees or so.
C. Humidifying: Keep relative air humidity to a range of 85-90%, spray water to the space of mushroom house so as to moisten, the amount should be increased according to the growth of sporocarps.
D. Weak light induction: In the middle top of the two rows of shelf, install a lamp of 15w in each 3-5 meters, which could produce vertical light and induce sporocarps to extend toward light direction in bundles.
E. Adjust and control Carbon dioxide: Keep Carbon dioxide from the air in a range of 0.1%-0.15% by reducing ventilation time.
Through all the mentioned management measures, after about 15 days, Enoki mushrooms that hold the 1cm diameter of fungus caps, the stipe length of 8-15cm while presenting the good commodity nature could be picked and harvested.
