Recipe: Morel soup with White beech Mushroom

Ingredients: Morels, White beech mushrooms, black dates, dried longans, salt, soup-stock
Cooking method:
1. Wash dried Morels and soak in warm water till soft.
2. Wash black dates, White beech mushrooms and then peel longans.
3. Filter the soaking liquid of Morels, combine with soup-stock and jointly pour into the pot.
4. drop in black dates, longans, White beech mushrooms and bring to a boil, then lower to gentle flame and cook for another 40 minutes or so.
5. Lightly adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt.
