Flower mushroom is the top grade among Shii-take, it is a kind of superior misshapen mushroom formed under special conditions, for which it is popular in international markets while it holds higher price.
The environmental formation condition of Flower mushroom:
A. Humidity: Relative air humidity, field humidity and the water content of substrate.
B. Temperature: 10-15 degrees in usual.
C. Illumination: Moderately and gradually enhance the illumination.
D. Ventilation: Mild wind flow facilitates the promotion of Flower mushroom.
The condition control of Flower mushroom cultivation: Moderately press it. When the diameter of fungus cap reaches 2-3cm, control the temperature and 
Widen the temperature difference. The growth speed could be controlled through the temperature control during bud period. Besides, you could also control the humidity, widen the dryness differentials, control the water content of fungus sack in a range of 50%-55%. Moreover, adjust the relative air humidity to a range of 60%-70% while enhancing the illumination, which facilitates lifting the whiteness and the degree of Flower mushroom.
