Ingredients: King oyster mushrooms, pepper, a handful of caraway, seafood soy sauce, oil, salt, chicken powder
Cooking method:
1. Cut King oyster mushrooms into slices, cut pepper into slices, trim caraway and then cut into segments.
2. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, when the oil is 50% hot, drop in pepper slices and fry till they slightly change colors. After that, combine with King oyster mushroom slices and fry till soft.
3. Adjust the seasoning with salt, chicken powder and seafood soy sauce.
4. Garnish with caraway segments. Enjoy.
