The management during the fruiting period of King oyster mushroom

1. Temperature control: The temperature range is narrow during the formation period of sporocarps and growth period of King oyster mushrooms, the optimal fruiting temperature range is 15-17 degrees and hence should be strictly handled and mastered.
2. Humidity adjustment: During the growth period of sporocarps, the humidity in greenhouse is usually lower than the one when you induce mushrooms, and the suitable stage is at 85%. When you moisturize, spray water on the ground of greenhouse and be sure not to spray water on sporocarps or bag mouth.
3. Illumination management: Maintain the mushroom house in a bright condition, retain certain scattered light while avoiding direct sunlight. 
4. Ventilation: You could open the doors and windows of mushroom house 2-3 times per day and each time remains for 30 minutes or so.
