Nutritional recipe: Black fungus soup with peanuts and pork tripe

Ingredients: Pork tripe, Black fungi, peanuts
Condiments: alkali, white vinegar, red pepper, Chinese prickly ash, myrcia, cinnamon, anise, white spirit, ginger slices, pepper powder, salt
Instructions: 
1. Thoroughly scrub pork tripe for three times, then rinse and slice.
2. In a pot with moderate water, drop in red pepper, Chinese prickly ash, myrcia, cinnamon, anise, moderate white spirit and bring into a boil, then turn to gentle heat and keep for 10 minutes.
3. In a earthen pot, combine with pork tripe, ginger slices and stew for two and half hours.
4. drop in Black fungus pieces and peanuts and go on stewing for 10 minutes or so.
5. Finally adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper powder. Serve and enjoy.
