Mushroom wastes could be reused again

The wastes from low-temperature mushroom production such as Enoki mushroom contain a lot of nutrients needed for Straw mushroom production, all you need is to supplement certain amount of sugar and Nitrogen.
Mushroom wastes could also be taken as organic fertilizer to return to field and supplement soil organic matter. However, before the utilization, fermentation and thorough decomposition are unavoidable.
Besides, mushroom wastes hold many mycelia which own abundant protein, therefore, dried mushroom wastes could be processed into fodder to feed pigs, chickens and so on.
