Ingredients: morels, tofu chunks, chopped onion
Steps:
1. Wash morels, soak in warm water, then reserve the soaking liquid.
2. Heat the pot, dump with moderate water, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and then bring into a boil.
3. Bleach tofu chunks, then ladle out and keep aside.
4. Dump with moderate oil into the pot, then fry tofu chunks till golden, next, reserve some oil on the bottom of the pot.
5. drop in chopped onion and fry till fragrant, then combine with fried tofu chunks, soaked morels and the soaking liquid, adjust the seasoning with soy sauce and then bring into a boil.
6. Finally turn off the heat when the dish becomes thick. Enjoy.
