The temperature during the spawn-running and fruiting period of Button mushroom

The temperature range for the spawn growth of Button mushroom is 5-32 degrees, the optimal temperature range is 23-25 degrees. Button mushrooms lead the tardy growth trend when the temperature is below 5 degrees while spawns are slender, powerless and prone to aging when the temperature exceeds 25 degrees. Besides, when the temperature exceeds 32 degrees, spawns are prone to aging, turn yellow or even stop growing.
The sporocarps of Button mushroom could form under the temperature range of 7-22 degrees, when the temperature is below 5 degrees and above 23 degrees, the majority of varieties are hard to twist together and fruit.
The three temperature intervals: 
1. The optimal temperature range (15-18 degrees): During this range, the output is high, the growth is speedy while mushrooms are in dense texture, superior quality, short fruiting period and high benefits.
2. The partial high range (18-22 degrees): During this range, spawns could normally twist together and fruit while mushroom bodies develop too fast and nutritional supply could not be needed, which results in poor quality.
3. The partial low range (8-12 degrees): mushrooms lead the tardy growth tendency while they are dense, large , thick and superior. The weaknesses are long front and high time cost.
In a word, during the fruiting period, we should adopt various measures to enable the temperature of mushroom house reach 15-18 degrees, meaning the superior temperature range.
