Braised Yellow morel with asparagus

Ingredients: Yellow morels, asparagus, red peppers, oil, salt, chicken powder
Cooking method: 
1. Wash Yellow morels and set aside.
2. Cut asparagus into segments, cut red peppers into slices.
3. Blanch Yellow morels for 10 minutes, blanch asparagus segments for 3-5 minutes, then spoon out.
4. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, then drop in onion, ginger slices and fry till fragrant.
5. Combine with Yellow morel, asparagus segments and fry well with each other.
