Agricultural wastes are fortunes in mushroom cultivation

In recent years, Yangcheng County, Shanxi Province, China has been assisting farmers to utilize agricultural wastes to cultivate Enoki mushroom, King oyster mushroom, Shiitake and other varieties, which achieved turning wastes into wealth. According to introduction, the annual transformation on agricultural wastes of the county reaches 25 million CNY and the annual gross incomes total 120 million CNY, which reveal considerable economic and ecological benefits.
