Recipe: Sour & spicy Nameko

Ingredients: Nameko, rod chilli, chopped chilli, salt, aginomoto, soy sauce, sesame oil
Cooking method: 
1. Chop rod chilli, wash Nameko.
2. In a pot, fry chopped rod chilli for 2 minutes on high fire, then set aside.
3. Combine with Nameko and fry for 2 minutes, season with a dash of salt.
4. Drizzle with moderate aginomoto, soy sauce, sprinkle with several drops of sesame oil. Enjoy.
