Ingredients:
100g fresh Straw mushrooms
500g white turnip
100g lean pork
A crucian carp
3 garlic pieces
Cooking method:
1. Wash Straw mushrooms, give them a quick boil and then spoon out.
2. Wash white turnip and cut into chops.
3. Gut and wash the carp, fry till both sides become golden yellow.
4. In a marmite, combine with all ingredients, garlic pieces and 2500ml of water, bring to a boil, then stew for 1 hours.
5. Finally lightly season with a dash of salt. Serve for 3 or 4.
