The price of dried Shiitake rises in the coming Spring Festival

At present, with the approaching of Spring Festival, many households are busying purchasing the necessities needed during Spring Festival, dried goods are always the indispensables which could be purchased ahead of time.
It is understood that compared with the same period of last year, the Shiitake price in Jiangsu Province got risen sharply this year. For instance, last year, the wholesale price of Shiitake was 12 CNY per kg while it is 15 CNY per kg this year, the amount of increase closes to 25%. To analyze the cause, it is the low price of last year which affected the enthusiasm of mushroom farmers and resulted in the tight quantities and rising price of this year.
