Stewed Monkey head mushroom with drumstick

Ingredients: 
1 Monkey head mushroom
1 drumstick
7 red dates
Salt, ginger slices
Cooking method:
1. Soak Monkey head mushroom, wash red dates and then set aside.
2. Wash drumstick and then chop into small chunks.
3. In a pot, dump into moderate water, bring into a boil, drop in Monkey head mushroom and boil for 5 minutes, spoon out and keep aside.
4. Heat the pot again, combine with drumstick chunks, Monkey head mushroom, red dates and then bring into a boil again.
5. Lightly season with salt and stew on slow fire for 1 hours. Serve.
