Recipe: fried meat dices with Brown shimeji

Ingredients: 
250g Brown shimeji 
150g diced pork 
2 color peppers 
Condiments: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, water starch, olive oil, chive, sugar
Cooking method:
1. Remove the bottom portion of Brown shimeji, wash and tear into pieces, cut chive into short stalks, cut color pepper into dices.
