Recipe: braised Enoki mushroom with bean curd

Ingredients:
150g Enoki mushroom
One third of carrot, thinly sliced
Half a kilo of bran curd, cut into chunks
Salt, oyster sauce, starch, cooking wine, sugar, pepper powder, light soy sauce, to season
Cooking method:
1. Trim Enoki mushrooms, tear into clumps, then give a quick-boil.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then bean curd chunks and fry till both sides become golden, next, drop in carrot slices and fry well with bran curd chunks, season with cooking wine, sugar, pepper powder, light soy sauce and mix well.
3. Combine with boiled Enoki mushroom clumps, pour in a bottle of water and then bring into a boil.
4. Thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch, sprinkle with moderate oyster sauce and fry evenly with all ingredients. Enjoy.
