10 chicken wings
150g King oyster mushrooms
30g rock candy
15ml soy sauce
1. Wash chicken wings, blanch so as to remove any blood, then cut onion into segments and cut ginger into slices.
2. Dump moderate oil into the pot, drop in moderate rock candy, chicken wings, sprinkle with moderate soy sauce, onion segments, ginger slices and fry well with all ingredients.
3. Combine with King oyster mushrooms and moderate water, turn into soft fire and stew till well-done.
4. Finally season with moderate vinegar and salt.
