The cultivation method of Seafood mushroom

At present, the main cultivation methods are Bottle cultivation and Bag cultivation, you could utilize the present mushroom house, greenhouse, basement or mushroom greenhouse in sub-basement in cultivation.
The Formulas of compost:
A. Sawdust 55%, cottonseed hull 29%, bran 10%, corncob powder 5%, gypsum powder 1%.
B. Cottonseed hull 83%, bran or corncob powder 8%, soybean meal 4%, lime powder 2%, superphosphate 3%.
C. Cottonseed hull 50%, corncob 44%, bran 5%, gypsum powder 1%.
You could choose one of the three formulas, then conduct bagging, bottling, sterilization, inoculation and cultivation in common practice. 
Fruiting management: Before putting fungus sacks or fungus bottles into mushroom house, you could firstly build ridges which are 22cm in width and 10cm in height on the ground of greenhouse at intervals of 50cm. And then, spray water into the space so as to increase the relative air humidity in 90%-95%, knead both sides of fungus sacks to set apart the film of fungus sack and the surface of material. Then, unfasten the mouth of fungus sack, utilize zigzag small piece of iron to scratch the thick lawn on the surface of material, make fungus sacks stay in ridge horizontally and hierarchically, straighten thin film on both sides of fungus sacks conveniently and gently till natural mouth-opening and it is best to stack for 5-8 layers of fungus sacks in an attempt to remain a relative wet micro-climate environment. In bottle cultivation, you could remain a status of “face to face” on the bottom of each bottle and make sure that the mouth of bottle is outward and opposite. After scratching, lid to protect the surface of material. During the period of bud-inducing, be sure to keep the room temperature in 13-16 degrees, keep light intensity in 500-1000 lux, keep fresh and wet air, make sure that the concentration of carbon dioxide is under 0.5% and relative air humidity is in 90%-95%. When finding that needle-shaped buds have differentiated into mushroom caps, be sure to keep room temperature in a range of 12-14 degrees, keep relative air humidity in 85%-90% and keep light intensity in 250-500 lux. Seafood mushrooms that are cultivated under the condition of relative low temperature and suitable condition of wet and light own crisp texture, thick cap, watchable appearance, thick stipe, good quality and high yield.
