The annual exchange earnings of the Flower mushrooms reached nearly $ 90 million

It is understood that Flower mushrooms are the products of geographical indication, they are famous for nice color, beautiful appearance, pure texture and abundant nutrition.
Fang County, Hubei province, China owns the production history of nearly 1000 years on Flower mushroom. In recent years, the county has been relying on advantageous resources and promoting the industrial development of mushroom. So far, 5 mushroom industrial gardens have been successively built, meanwhile, Fang County has been also positively introducing leading enterprises and conducting deep-processing of Shiitakes, which brought out a series of leisure foods such as Shiitake sauces, beverages and health care products. 
Currently, the whole county holds 34 deep-processing leading enterprises and specialized cooperatives, and 60,000 mushroom farmers, the annual production of superior Shiitake comes to 20,000 tons and the annual foreign exchange earnings total $90 million. Mushroom Cultivation has obviously become the crucial path for farmers to generate revenues.
Through years of artificial cultivation and promotion, the Shiitakes produced in Fang County have become the local gorgeous card by their long cultivation history, unique natural condition and superior quality, among them, Flower mushroom is the highest grade in local Shiitake market.
