Recipe: fried scrambled eggs with Enoki mushroom

Ingredients: 
A handful of Enoki mushrooms
3 eggs
Salt, soy sauce, chopped onion, oil
Cooking method:
1. Remove the bottom portion of Enoki mushrooms, then wash and break into clumps. 
2. Break the eggs, combine with moderate salt and then mix well.
3. Heat the pot, pour in egg liquid and fry until caky
4. Turn over the egg cake, go on frying for 15s, then break into chunks and remove out of the pot.
5. Drizzle with moderate oil, drop in minced garlic, chopped onion and fry till fragrant. Then combine with Enoki mushroom clumps and let scrambled egg chunks join in.
6. Season with moderate soy sauce and salt.
