The management during the fruiting period of greenhouse Oyster mushroom

During the fruiting period of Oyster mushroom, relative air humidity should be kept in a range of 80%-90%, fruiting period directly affects the yield of Oyster mushroom, hence you should strengthen the management.
1. Bud pressing differentiation period: During this period, the temperature of material should be kept in 18-20 degrees, the highest temperature should be kept under 25 degrees, moreover, relative air humidity should be kept in 85%-90% while desirable ventilation condition should be created.
2. Primordium period: During this period, you should increase relative air humidity, the frequency of water-spraying on the ground and walls. it is strictly prohibited to spray water directly on fungus sacks so as to avoid any death of primordium.
3. Mulberry period: During this period, remain for 2-3 days, be sure to control relative air humidity while refusing to spray water.
4. Coral period: This is the key period that determines the success rate. When you spray water to moisten, be sure to lightly, frequently and thinly conduct it while avoiding direct motions to mushroom body.
5. Extending period: During this period, you could pay attention to the ventilation, it is suggested to spray water 3-4 times per day and ventilate 1-2 hours. What’s more, in order to prevent mushroom caps from turning black, you should also overshadow.
6. Maturity period: In initial period, you could directly spray water on mushroom bodies while strictly prohibiting water-spraying in later period. Moreover, in order to retain the freshness and tenderness of mushroom cap, you could thinly spray water for once before picking mushrooms.
7. Intermission period: After picking the first flush of mushroom, be sure to timely clean up. In addition, in order to make spawns fully recover and accumulate nutrients, you should stop spraying water within 2-3 days, after 3-4 days, heavily spray water for once.
