According to investigation, since the end of September, many mushroom deep processing enterprises in Hanzhong City, Shanxi Province, China have signed supply agreements with foreign merchants, among them, 62.1 tons of Shiitake sauces and 108 tons of Shiitake cans that were produced by Qinchuan Chef Agriculture Development Co., LTD have been successively exported to Vietnam and Korea, mushroom deep-processed products are gradually becoming one of the principal forces of local food export and remain considerable growth tendency.
