The solutions on serious bacterial infection of King oyster mushroom

The main reasons:
1. Infected materials are mixed in raw materials.
2. Inadequate sterilization time, the phenomenon of deadlock during sterilization process.
3. Excessive or too tight fungus sacks in sterilization stove.
4. lacking water absorption on bits of wood or corncobs which all hold hardish texture.
5. Residual cool air in pressure-cooker, which leads to halfway sterilization.
Solutions:
1. Choose raw materials which are fresh and free from mould.
2. After the water boils, continue to sterilize for 10-12 hours on mass fire.
3. Leave 1 cm of gap between each row and wall in sterilization stove.
4. When you choose corncobs, bits of wood and other materials that own hardish texture as compost, soak them in water in advance till white heart disappears.
5. When you choose pressure-cooker, open exhaust valves when the pressure reaches 0.05MPa, close exhaust valves when you find that cool air is fully  exhausted.
