Hebei: Microbial fertilizer will take more convenience for edible mushroom cultivation

Recently, “China’s First Microbial Fertilizer Innovative Applications Summit Forum” has successfully held in Baoding, Hebei Province. During the forum, “Microbial Fertilizer” became a hot topic of discussion.
Lijun, Director of Microbial Fertilizer and Edible Mushroom Spawn Quality Inspection Center in Ministry of Agriculture, expressed that the using of fertilizer ensure national food security, but also cause environmental pollution, ecological unbalance, soil acidification and Soil productivity decline some problems. However, through using microbial fertilizer to improve the soil ecological environment and reduce the using of fertilizer, has an real value. For mushroom farmers, the popularization and application of microbial fertilizer will take more convenience for edible mushroom cultivation.
