Ingredients:
Ribs 130g
Enoki mushroom 30g
4 Flower mushrooms
Ginger slices, salt, aginomoto, sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Give a quick-boil to the ribs, finely wash and then put into a stew pot.
2. Trim Enoki mushrooms, then wash, soak Flower mushrooms, cut off stipes and then cut into slices.
3. Put all ingredients into a stew pot, drop in moderate ginger slices, pour in water, add condiments and seal with glass paper, then allow all ingredients to steam for 1 hours in food steamer.
4. Finally season with moderate condiments such as salt, sesame oil, aginomoto and then serve.
