Three tips to control mosquitoes on King oyster mushroom cultivation

1. Strengthen ventilation and light transmission. Mosquitoes massively occur under the condition of high temperature and high humidity. Strengthening the ventilation and light transmission in cultivation field facilitates to effectively lower the occurrence rate of mosquitoes.
2. Chemical control: Spray 80%, 800-1000 times of DDVP Solution, or spray 3000-4000 times of Sumicidin Emulsion. It should be stressed that mushroom bodies should be strictly avoided to spray on so as to prevent the phenomenon of soft-rot, the suggested way is to spray in the space.
3. Do a great job in mushroom disinfection: Before cultivating mushroom, clean up the room, shelves and tools, then fill the gap of doors, windows, walls, and the roof, finally fumigate with pesticides.
