The Button mushrooms in Shanxi Province have marched into Thailand’s market

Recently, 16.5 tons of well chosen Button mushrooms were fully equipped for shipping to Thailand from Xiyang County, Shanxi Province, China. 
According to know, this time of exportation filled the gap of local foreign trade and indicated the new power for local farmers to raise revenues.
In recent years, Button mushroom industry in Xiyang County has been developed in a favorable posture. Currently, the county occupies the total mushroom cultivation area of 1.5 million square meters and Button mushroom covers 1.2 million square meters. In 2014, the county attracted investment and built Jingu Sunshine Food Co., Ltd, and supporting implemented a series of projects including strain cultivation, basic material fermentation, ice making and basket processing, which boosted to form the whole industrial chain which sets R&D, cultivation, production, storing, processing and marketing into one.
