Wild mushrooms bring about lucrative economic benefit for farmers

Recently, Zhalantun City, Inner Mongolia has been holding rainy weather, which hastened the growth of more than 20 kinds of mushroom, local farmers and herdsmen have been grasping the favorable opportunity to flow over and pick them.
One of the village, Ms.Li, reveals that she could pick 10kg of mushroom per day, then put them into acquisition by 6-20 CNY per kg and the daily revenues could be 100 CNY. She adds that mushroom picking is obviously bringing about fortunes and the cheerful life.
It is understood that Zhalantun City is surrounded by lush vegetation, the forest coverage rate comes to 70.04%, the city is capable of producing more than 2000 tons of wild mushroom per year, which increased beneficial and rosy result for local farmers.
