Recipe: Cold King oyster mushroom

Ingredients: King oyster mushrooms, oil, salt, bruised ginger, caraway, shredded green onion, sugar, cooking wine, egg white, white pepper, vinegar, starch
Cooking method:
1. Wash caraway and cut into segments.
2. Prepare a sauce with sugar, salt, vinegar, pepper powder and moderate amount of water.
3. Wash King oyster mushrooms, cut into strips, pickle with cooking wine, egg white and starch.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then drop in shredded onion, bruised ginger and fry till fragrant.
5. Let King oyster mushroom strips join in and fry on low flame till soft, then pour in the prepared sauce.
6. Serve immediately on warmed plate, if desired, top with caraway segments. Enjoy.
