The city is making efforts to build The Home of Black Fungus

For days, a hive of activity has been shown in the specialized cooperative base of Black fungus. It can be seen that the clusters of Black fungus are enjoying the rosy growth trend and sending out faint scent. According to know, this year, Zhalantun City, Inner Mongolia has cultivated 13 million bags of Black fungus, yielding 650,000 kg and valuing 53 million CNY. Among all the outcomes, spring fungus cultivation occupies 9.5 million bags and autumn fungus cultivation holds 4 million bags. 
At present, Black fungi are enjoying the desirable growth trend and autumn fungi have entered into the picking season.
It is understood that since 2013, Zhelantun City has been boosting Black fungus industry as the major industry that assists farmers to generate income, the city has worked out development planning and put into a special fund of 14 million CNY to build bases, carry out scientific researches, grasp training, expand markets and give aid to industry development. Till now, the county has built 1 mushroom institute, 1 standardized demonstration zone and 7 major cultivation bases, developed more than 10 kinds of product including Black Fungus Beverage and Powder. Last year, the cultivation quantity has increased to 10.66 million bags, was up more than 5.16 million bags from 2013 to 2015. The output has risen from 250,000 kg to 530,000 kg and the output value has gone up from 20 million CNY to 42.4 million CNY. In 2015, Black fungus Industry successfully leaded 203 households to generate an average income of 9852 CNY.
In the next stage, the city intends to cultivate 1 billion bags of fungi sack, achieve the total production of 60 million and the total production value of 4 billion CNY, spare no efforts to boost the rapid development of mushroom industry, build The Home of Black Fungus and guide local masses to acquire prosperity.
