Ingredients: ribs, Straw mushrooms, rice vinegar, ginger slices, salt
Cooking method:
1. Finely wash ribs and Straw mushrooms.
2. Give a quick-boil to Straw mushrooms for 30 seconds, then ladle out and set aside.(This procedure could be omitted)
3. Give an another quick-boil to ribs for 3 minutes.
4. Remove ribs into a marmite and pour in moderate water.
5. Quickly drop in ginger slices and moderate rice vinegar, allow all ingredients to stew for 50 minutes.
6. Finally drop in Straw mushrooms and continue to stew for half an hour.
7. Season with salt according to your taste.
