Ingredients:
400g fresh Agrocybe cylindracea
250g pork tripe
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 egg white
Broth, preferably homemade
starch, salt, sesame oil, yellow wine, aginomoto,
minced garlic
Cooking method:
1. Finely cut pork tripe in slices, dress with the mixture of egg white and starch, then fry for a little while in the oil with the hot of at least 50%, then spoon out and keep aside.
2. Wash Agrocybe cylindracea, trim and give a quick-boil. Wash red pepper, green pepper, corn, go seed and then cut into strips.
3. Add moderate oil into the pot, drop in minced garlic and fry. Make the marinade with salt, yellow wine, aginomoto, sesame oil and broth.
4. Quickly drop in Agrocybe cylindracea, pork tripe slices, red pepper and green pepper strips and fry for a while. Enjoy.
