Recipe:stewed pig feet with Shiitake and peanut

Ingredients: dried Shiitakes, pig feet, peanuts, ginger slices, anise, light soy sauce, yellow wine, rock candy
Cooking method:
1. Let Shiitakes soak in warm water.
2. Wash pig feet, pour a spoon of yellow wine, a small handful of ginger slices into the cold water, bring into a boil, then put pig feet into and boil for a moment.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, saute anise and ginger slices till fragrant.
