Ingredients:
150g Enoki mushroom
One third of carrot, thinly sliced
Half a kilo of bran curd, cut into chunks
Salt, oyster sauce, starch, cooking wine, sugar, pepper powder, light soy sauce, to season
Cooking method:
1. Trim Enoki mushroom and break into strips, then prepare for quick-boil,
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add bean curd chunks and fry till both sides become golden, add carrot slices and fry with bran curd chunks, season with cooking wine, sugar, pepper powder, light soy sauce and mix evenly.
3. Add boiled Enoki mushroom to the pot, pour in a bottle of water and then bring to a boil.
4. Thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch, sprinkle it with moderate oyster sauce and fry evenly with all ingredients.
