Cooking method:
1. select Hypsizygus marmoreus which are even and straight, then trim and break into clumps.
2. Wash Hypsizygus marmoreus for two times, then soak in water for 5 minutes.
3. Give a quick-boil to Hypsizygus marmoreus (About 3 minutes), then spoon out.
4. Season with minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce and white vinegar.
