Bag-system Black fungi reap a bumper harvest

By report, recently, relevant technical officers from Shanxi Agricultural Machinery Center went to Xi’an Yufeng Agricultural Technology Demonstration Park for site instruction on the management, picking and processing of Black fungus.
According to introduction, this year, the park has produced 12,000 bags of Black fungus and harvested 3 flushes, the average bag production of dried Black fungus came to about 25g and the total production came to 300kg. It is anticipated that the total production will hopefully come to 500kg after the whole harvest. It is revealed that the average unit price of each kg will be more than 200 CNY and the total production value will reach more than 100,000 CNY. What’s more, next year, the company also plans to extend 10 greenhouses, runs in accordance with the thinking of agricultural industrialization and promotes the mushroom industry upgrading of local areas.
