Recipe: stewed ribs with Monkey head mushroom

Ingredients: fresh Monkey head mushroom 250g, pork ribs 200g, Shiitake, salt
Cooking method:
1. Soak Monkey head mushroom and finely cut into slices.
2. Soak Shiitake in warm water, remove the bottom portion and cut into slices, wash pork ribs and cut into sections.
3. Pour moderate water into the pot and then drop in Monkey head mushroom slices, Shiitake slices, pork ribs and allow to stew for 30 minutes in high fire, finally season with moderate salt. Serve.
