A large-scale industrialized production base of Button mushroom will be built

It is reported that currently, one large-scale industrialized characteristic agricultural production project that was invested and built by Inner Mongolia Biotechnology Limited Company is being constructed and put into operation in Baotou city. 
It is understood that the project also sets the cultivation, processing and marketing into one, introduces the most advanced production technology of Netherlands, which is the production method of three field system. The project also covers an area of 300 mu, possesses 36 newly-built fermentation tunnels, 144 standardized mushroom house, 1 field for materials-mixing and the cultivation area reaches 69,000 square meters. After building up and reaching production index, the estimated total investment is about 1.2 billion CNY. In the first phase, the capacity of production will be 20% and the annual production capacity of Button mushroom will be 2000 tons. In the second phase, the production capacity will be 50% and the annual production capacity of Button mushroom will be 5000 tons. In the first phase, the capacity of production will be 100% and the annual production capacity of Button mushroom will reach 10,000 tons. Till now, the first phase has been almost completed. It is anticipated that the second phase will be completed in May, 2017 and the third phase will be completed by the end of 2018.
After totally building up and reaching the designed capacity, the project will possess an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons, realize an annual sales income of about 1.1 billion CNY. The total increment of local farmers will reach 70.66 million CNY, each farmer can get an average annual income of 6729.5 CNY, which can effectively lead local farmers to acquire wealth and strive to prosper.
