Share deadline is ten years, during cooperation Puer City Linxin Edible Mushroom Co., Ltd will give dividends of 10% to peasant households. The company will also give Yangluo village committee dividends of 10% for early three years, 11% for middle three years, 12% for last four years. The project covers 46 beneficial peasant households and 138 people, among them 25 peasant households and 75 people are established of cards for archives. When cooperation is due the enterprise will return principal or peasant households continue to be shareholder according to their requirements, or hand over the fund to county level finance.
