Tianfeng Group gets help in technical development of modularized planting of King oyster mushroom

In recent days researcher Li Feng, who is an expert of edible mushroom of Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Xinxiang city leaded a team to come to Tianfeng Group Co., Ltd in Henan province, and made communication again on equipment installation of standardized and modularized fruiting room for designed King oyster mushroom. General manager Li Zhenxiang and related technicians of Tianfeng Group introduced equipment purchase and installation situations, researcher Li Feng brought forward two big questions on modularized construction: first, question about grids which would place mushroom bags on. There are serious problems about that grids specifications are different, there are no upholders to reinforce in the middle of grid slices, the distance between two grid slices is not appropriate, the orientation of each grid slice is not correct as well as there are no foot stools on the base of grid slices; second, size specification of purchased ceiling refrigerator isn’t appropriate. Combining the construction layout of whole module Li Feng pointed out that purchased ceiling refrigerator is too high and not suitable to be used, evaporator and wind speed of machine set should be considered, evaporator area should be big, wind speed should be low, then growth environment conditions of King oyster mushroom could be satisfied. 
With the guiding of Tianfeng Group leaders, researcher Li Feng and his team came to module room under construction, made on-site measurement. Afterwards he accompanied Li Zhenxiang, general manager and related technicians of Tianfeng Group to come to Edible Mushroom Institute of Academy of Agriculture of Xinxiang city, and visited industrialized mushroom house of King oyster mushroom, deepened macroscopic impression of everyone on module construction, better propelled the progress of modularized production construction of King oyster mushroom. 
Looking forward to the future, with the strong wings of “institute-enterprise cooperation”, the scope of modularized cultivation of edible mushrooms will be soon expanded to Pleurotus nebrodensis and other varieties, modularized cultivation technology of King oyster mushroom will be sure to become an important national invention patent, propel healthy development of standardization and modularization of edible mushroom industry, promote further improvement of organic products quality of edible mushroom.
