Ingredients: King oyster mushroom, caraway, pepper, oil, salt, chicken powder, seafood soy sauce.
Cooking method:
1. Cut King oyster mushroom into slices, cut pepper into slices, wash caraway and cut into segments.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add pepper slices and fry.
3. When pepper slices turn color, add king oyster mushroom slices and fry in high fire.
4. Season with salt and seafood soy sauce.
5. Finish with caraway segments and chicken powder.
